That’s why we’ve partnered with Wright Bros Ltd, from their base in Brixham, who share our same commitment by supplying fresh fish without the negative impact. Expertly led by Ben & Robin, their knowledge of the fishing industry means we can provide you with a high quality catch, each and every time.

The story

It all started with brothers-in-law Ben Wright and Robin Hancock back in 2002. What was an oyster farm on the coast of Cornwall has now grown into one of the largest oyster and seafood suppliers in the UK. Still run with the same sustainability-based ethos and inherent family values, the Wright brothers further developed their business to include three London restaurants, an online food hall and Wright Bros at home, all whilst building a reputation as suppliers of the finest quality seafood to a host of established restaurants. These guys are the real deal when it comes to all things seafood, and they’ve got the reputation to prove it. 

Fresh from the water

Wright Bros are proud supporters of the British Fishing Industry with an unmistakable passion for what they do. Their team of buyers, based down the road in Brixham, ensure that their seafood comes from the best boats and British seas. From hand-caught diver scallops from the Isles of Mull to cockles and clams from The Isle of Barra, they take great pride in knowing exactly where their produce comes from, working exclusively with suppliers who have something special to offer. From humble beginnings, they expanded into Billingsgate Market and Brixham, with a coastal depot providing an abundance of fresh landings daily. 

Sustainability and seafood

Sustainability is a journey and Wright Bros set the bar high. They purposely work with smaller boats that use the most sustainable catch methods, including pot-caught crab and line-caught sea bass, and they proactively team up with sustainability leaders to consistently review their practices and measures to stay at the top of their game.

With widespread roots from Billingsgate in London to Brixham in Devon, Wright Bros are regular faces at food festivals and markets across the South West. They also have an online food hall for those looking to enjoy fresh fish at home or, you can find a selection of Wright Bros landings on the menu at Harry’s Restaurant.

What Wright Bros produce is on the menu?

From Dusted Calamari with a Sweet Chilli Sauce to start, or a Herb Crusted Hake with Creamy Tarragon Leeks for main, Wright Bros have got us covered when it comes to fresh fish. 

Our specials menu changes daily, where Brixham Brill and Cornish Mussels are amongst the catches making an appearance. You can’t go wrong when all you’re craving is locally sourced-seafood.
