Job Description – Front of House/Restaurant Manager

• Looking after a well established team and bringing the next generation to the Harry’s style of dining
• Reservations, table plans and general booking enquiries
• Looking after the function room, organisation, liaising with customers and the chefs
• The day to day running of the business – working breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
• Orders
• Some knowledge of Apple Mac’s
• Rotas
• Karaoke Sunday’s

Did you know Harry’s has a community? The guests, suppliers, plumbers, electricians, builders, postmen etc, are all “mates” and that makes this group. You will thoroughly enjoy being part of that community.

Guests/customers/patrons – they make a major part of what the Harry’s community is. I look forward to these amazing people who walk through that front door so we can entertain, feed them and put a smile on their faces.

Favourite part of Harry’s:
The team (every single one), you can’t achieve what you do without amazing people around you to make you want to be at work and inspire you.
Also chips and bearnaise.

Favourite moment of Harry’s:
Every party on the 23rd of December over the past 8 years. What a bloody hoot – beer pong, Secret Santa, dancing and getting silly.
Also seeing the restaurant after the 2018 refurbishment – simply beautiful.

Breakfast – Full Aussie
Quick meal – Hot chick with rock fries
Date if I was ever asked on one it would be chateau or tomahawk
